Why learn from Linda?

I didn't come from real estate. That's the point.

I wasn't wealthy and I had no property background. I simply found a business model that made sense — and took it seriously. In my first nine months I launched two apartments in Brașov, hosted 200+ stays, and earned Airbnb Superhost status.

Today the business runs without my physical presence — I travel, and on most days it needs five minutes from my phone. I made the expensive mistakes on the way there, so these resources can save you months of confusion and a few very costly decisions.

Common questions

Asked by every beginner. Answered honestly.

Do I need to own property?+

No — that's the whole model. You rent an apartment long-term with the landlord's written permission, furnish it, and host it short-term. You never need a mortgage or a down payment.

How much money do I need to start?+

Typically first month's rent, a deposit, and furnishing. Depending on the city that's often €1,500–€5,000 for a first unit. The guide and calculator help you budget it precisely instead of guessing.

Is Airbnb arbitrage legal?+

Yes — when done properly: with the landlord's explicit consent in the contract and in line with your city's short-term rental rules. Never sublet behind a landlord's back. The playbook covers agreements and how to check local regulations.

Can I do this in my country?+

The model works in most of the world — I run mine in Romania. What changes is regulation and seasonality, so city choice matters. Neighborhood and market analysis is a core chapter of the premium playbook.

How long until my first apartment?+

Realistically 4–10 weeks from serious search to signed lease, depending on your market and savings. It's a real business, not a get-rich-quick trick — but it moves fast once you know what to look for.
